From charitable contributions to corporate sponsorships, iConnect pairs organizations with donors who don’t just give to their cause, they get it.

Tami Adelman is a career people person. As a seasoned development professional with more than 20 years of experience fundraising for nonprofits, for-profits and government entities, she doesn’t just understands donor relationships — she’s passionate about them.

She’s raised more than $10 million in the past ten years and cultivated an extensive resume that includes but is not limited to: Chief Development Officer at Cancer Support Community Arizona, Director of Development and School Advancement at Pardes Jewish Day School, Assistant Director at the American Technion Society and Executive Vice President for Corporate Sponsorships at World of Illumination. She even worked in the United States Congress, assisting with International Affairs and collaborating closely with the White House to arrange presidential visits.

For clients, it’s not just the experiences but also the connections that Tami has made throughout her career that make her a unique asset. Her talents have taken her from D.C. to Arizona, allowing her to work with donors on a local and national scale while utilizing her talents in all aspects of fundraising — from strategic planning and donor cultivation to event creation and management.

As president and CEO of iConnect, Tami offers her consulting and fundraising services on a contract basis, which allows her to help more organizations get the fundraising they need to succeed.

At iConnect, developing relationships isn’t a means to an end — it’s a means to a beginning.

From individual contributions to corporate donations, every donor has a different reason for why they give. Those reasons are what drive us. Whether it’s finding a cause they believe in or a person they can trust, iConnect approaches donors with a strategy that doesn’t just secure funds for our clients but also sets the stage for their success.

We help organizations achieve their fundraising goals and create a solid foundation for future opportunities by establishing meaningful relationships with donors and offering in-house training and development to improve clients’ solicitation resources going forward.

We don’t want donors to give until it hurts — we want them to give until it feels good. It’s a symbiotic approach that ensures donors aren’t just financially invested in our clients’ success, they’re emotionally invested, too.
